Why did you choose the EDHEC Online MBA?
“An MBA was always a goal for me, and I was always looking for a top-ranked university. And one more important thing for me was that it was online, and it was suitable for my lifestyle.”
Tell us about your Boost360 coaching experience
“The Boost360 was something very unique during my journey because I always thought managers should be 1 + 1 equals 2. But when we started doing Boost360, I felt like I was becoming a manager in my own way. I was being myself, and it was very interesting for me. It was very interactive. I didn’t feel like I was far away.
We had some questions to answer, and then after that we got a report about our personality, what kind of manager we’re going to be, what are the weaknesses we have to work on and how we have to deal with them.”
What has been the biggest impact of the Online MBA on your career?
“The most impact I got from the Online MBA on my role is working in a more relaxed way. Because I was always putting pressure or stress on myself, so I’m doing my job in a more interesting way, because I’m trying to apply what I’m learning from the MBA to my work.”
What has your online learning experience been like so far?
“When I started the Online MBA, I thought maybe it’s going to be boring. Maybe I just have to study by myself. I’m not going to be able to network. But actually, it’s completely different because through the seminars that we did, we were able to interact. During the session, we were put into groups of two or groups of three, so it was very interactive.
Everyone should know that it takes time. It’s not like watching videos. It’s like any other degree we’re getting.”
What keeps you motivated throughout the Online MBA?
“What keeps me motivated is seeing the difference in my career goals. I feel like I am getting closer because I am starting my own business and getting support from my classmates.”
What would you say to someone considering the EDHEC Online MBA?
“As a person who always wanted to do an MBA and who always wanted to launch my own business, it gave me the key to open the door to enter the business that I wanted to start. and know where to start from, how can I follow up on my work or my steps.”
